How to measure PD (Pupillary Distance)

1) Your pupillary distance is the distance between the centre of your pupils. This measurement may be available on your prescription, if not, this is how you measure it.

Stand in front of a mirror and align the zero on a ruler in front of one pupil, then read the millimeter reading on the ruler aligned with your other pupil.

If you use your glasses for reading, minus 2mm from the measurement you obtained above.

You can try a few times to get a consistent reading.
